 Mushroom Pasta

Ingredients:
· 1 cup fresh mushrooms, sliced
· 1 cup cooked pasta
· 2 tbsp olive oil
· 1 garlic clove, minced
· Salt and pepper to taste
· A handful of fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions:
1. In a large pan, heat olive oil over medium heat.

2. Add the garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.

3. Add the mushrooms and cook until tender and golden.
4. Toss in the cooked pasta and stir well.
5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
6. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

 

Spinach Smoothie Simple and Healthy

 

Ingredients:

· 1/2 cup of blueberries

· 1 large bananas

· 1/4 cup of spinach

· 1 cup of milk (or plant-based alternative)

 

Instructions:

1. In a blender, combine the blueberries, one banana, and spinach.

2. Add the milk of your choice.

3. Blend until smooth and creamy.

4. Serve chilled and enjoy this nutritious and filling smoothie
